About Us
What we do
Papavasili Studio started as a small family business in 1992. Teuta and Gjergj Papavasili are the founders of Papavasili Studio.
They have put dedication and professionalism to their work during years to provide an outstanding customer service and make their firm grow into one of the most professional architecture firms in Albania.
Currently, we are working on several collaborations with private foreign and local investors and are giving our best to provide high quality design to our clients, meeting all their objective and requirements within budget.
The consultation process with the client is very important to us. Our projects range from residential buildings, offices, villas to large scale designs.
MISSION
Papavasili Studio develops a personalized architectural style, independent from modern and globalist influences. We believe that Architecture Made in Albania is not a strange mixture of expressive styles, but an authentic expression of the nature and unique character of the Albanian people—distinct even from other Balkan nations.
This vision seeks to encompass and unite the entire heritage of Albanian design and construction, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern approaches. For this reason, we are committed to a continuous pursuit of our architectural identity, exploring lines, forms, elements, colors, and concepts that deeply reflect the Albanian spirit, free from foreign influences.
VISION
To be the company that represents and promotes Albanian architecture at both the national and international level.
